How long does each whitening treatment take?
Each at home treatment takes about 26 minutes total. You use the blue light for 16 minutes, then switch to the red light for 10 minutes while keeping the same gel on your teeth. Treatments are done once per day for 10 days or twice per day for 5 days, depending on your preference.
What if I drink coffee, tea, or wine?
You can still whiten if you enjoy staining foods and drinks. To help maintain your results, it is recommended to rinse with water afterward and perform touch up treatments as needed. Many patients use refills to keep their smile bright long term.
How long will my whitening results last?
