Step 01
Brush First
Give your mouth a good brush for 2 minutes before starting each treatment. Starting with a clean surface gives you better gel adhesion and results.
Step 02
Dry the Tray
Remove the mouthpiece and make sure it is completely dry before applying gel. Moisture can dilute the formula and reduce effectiveness.
Step 03
Apply the Gel
Apply 0.5mL of gel along the top wall and 0.5mL along the bottom wall of the tray, right where the teeth will sit.
Step 04
Activate and Whiten
Insert the mouthpiece and hold the power button to activate the blue LED light. The built-in timer runs for 16 minutes, then beeps when done.
Step 05
Rinse and Dry
Remove the tray, rinse your mouth with water, and leave the mouthpiece out to air dry. Do not store it wet.
Pro Tip
Start Slow
If sensitivity occurs on the first treatment, apply less gel and gradually increase with each session. Take a 1-2 day break if needed before continuing.

After every 3-5 treatments, the mouth tray will begin flashing to signal it needs a charge. Don't wait until it shuts off completely.

Connect the USB charger to any standard USB port, such as a wall adapter, laptop, or power bank.

Attach the tooth-shaped magnetic end of the charger to the back of the mouthpiece. It snaps into place, so there's no guessing which way it goes.

The tray is charging when the light flashes continuously. Full charge takes approximately 30-45 minutes. The light stops flashing once it reaches 100%.

We recommend charging every 2 treatments so the tray is always ready. For any charging issues, patients should contact your office or our support team directly.
