30-Day Money Back Guarantee
Essential Whitening offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all wholesale kit purchases. Dental office customers may return unopened, unused product within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund. No questions asked.
To initiate a return within the 30-day window, contact your Essential Whitening sales representative or reach us directly at info@essentialwhitening.com or 720-909-8044. We will coordinate the return and process your refund promptly.
Partial Sales During the Return Period
If your office sold or used a portion of your order within the 30-day window and you wish to return the remainder, we will charge you only for the units sold or opened and issue a refund for all remaining unopened product. We handle this on a case by case basis and our team will work with you to make sure the process is fair and straightforward.
After 30 Days — No Returns or Refunds
After the 30-day return window has closed, all sales are final. We are not able to accept returns or issue refunds on any orders past 30 days from the invoice date regardless of the reason. All outstanding invoices must be paid in full per the original payment terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.
If you are past the 30-day window and are having difficulty moving product in your office, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We will come back in and do a complimentary refreshment training for your team, provide additional marketing materials, and work with you to build a whitening program that gets your patients saying yes. Our goal is your success and we will do whatever it takes to support you in selling through your inventory.
Payment Terms
All invoices are due within the payment terms stated on your invoice. Failure to pay an outstanding invoice does not extend or reinstate return eligibility. If an invoice remains unpaid after repeated notices, Essential Whitening reserves the right to pursue all available remedies for collection including referral to a collections agency.
